1. Personal use only: You can use the commissioned artwork as a gift, display it on social media (profile pictures, banners, posts) with proper credit, or print it for personal enjoyment.2. For V-Tubers: Any use beyond personal display - including streaming, video content, promotional material, or merchandise - counts as commercial use and must be discussed and agreed upon separately.3. You are not permitted to use work-in-progress updates for monetizing purposes.4. Do not trace, edit, resell, or use the commissioned piece for financial gain if commercial usage was not discussed.5. Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the artwork. Nor shall client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.

1. I retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over both the final commissioned piece and any work-in-progress materials (such as sketches, drafts, or timelapse recordings). This means I may use them for purposes like self-promotion, displaying in my portfolio, or sharing on my website and social media.2. I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I don't have the capability to carry out.3. Terms will apply to orders being gotten to around their corresponding time, not when you made the inquiry. If you placed an order before the new price change, you hold the rights to withdraw from your slot on the queue.4. In case you revoke your inquiry once progress has been started and no amount of payment is made, I have the rights to reuse the resources for my following commissions and shop.

1. Commercial fees will be an extra $300. NDA will be x2 the total price (not base price).2. Inquiring for a waitlist slot does not cost any fee and have no restrictions applied to it. Both the client and the artist can withdraw from the slot given no payment has been made. Only paid slots are added to the Sheet file and guaranteed deliveries.3. Full payment is required upfront when the slot is started. For Live2D commissions, you can opt for a discussed Payment Plan.4. Invoice timing can be adjusted upon request, but all invoices are due within 7 days by default. Once unpaid by the deadline, the commission will be canceled.5. Orders that are paid in full upfront will be prioritized in my commission queue and assigned deadlines accordingly.6.: A slot CANNOT be hold. If you are unable to proceed with a commission once it is your turn or your invoice gets canceled after the 7-day unpaid period, you can place a new inquiry and the slot will be queued after claimed orders at the time.

1. Refunds are issued for the amount received after PayPal transaction fees are deducted.2. No refunds will be issued once work has started, so please ensure any revisions are made during the early stages.3. For commissions using a Payment Plan, if you cancel after receiving the sketch, the down payment will not be refunded and you will hold personal rights to your sketch. For Live2D model sketches, you agree to publicly link the sketch credit back to me in case the product is used to commission another artist.4. If I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergencies), a full refund will be provided. The workflow will be concluded and you will hold the pre-established rights you purchased along with the product.5. You agree not to issue chargebacks and to abide by the refund policy outlined here. If any issues arise, please reach out to me first so we can resolve them together.

1. Orders will be worked on according to the order within my waitlist. If I need to extend the deadline for any reason, I will notify you as soon as possible. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please mention it when contacting me.2. The process is divided into three stages:
- Sketch phase
- Rendering phase
- Final artwork3. Standard TAT is 4 months, with a maximum of an additional 4 months should unexpected circumstances arise.4. Standard TAT for Live2D commissions will be 6 - 12 months.5. I work on adoptables alongside commissions. Only places your order if you have no issues with this workflow.6. Formats of the final products are determined by commission types, with default product being PNG format. Inquire for PSD format should be discussed during the brief reviewing stage.7. Completed commissions will be delivered via Google Drive.

1. Unlimited revisions during the sketching stage and 2 revisions during the line art/coloring phase before they are charged accordingly.2. Free revisions after the sketching stage apply only to minor changes agreed upon in the Commission Form. Significant modifications - such as altering the pose, outfit, or adding a background - will require an additional fee.3. If I suggest minor changes to improve the artwork, you are free to accept or decline them at no extra cost.4. Feedback should be provided within 14 days of receiving an update. I will send a reminder at the end of the period. If there is still no reply, I reserve the rights to proceed with the following client on the queue until owner of the previous commission responds.
